Bhai, beyadobi maaf koriyen, but this is the boss of all format now, making most of the money and people are getting more drawn into cricket because of this "mickey mouse" cricket, eventhough we call it street cricket, it's fun though, more nerve breaking than ever and the good thing is we get the results quickly, get over our emotions in a chutki and look forward for the next game. Here comes the bad part, we suck in this format, not just this format on all formats, but we suck 50% more on T20.

T20 will overtake 50 overs in a few years time. TEST cricket will aways stay as the cream of the sport but the audience will probably be pure cricket lovers. Anyone can watch T20.

My brother is in Canada for a month's holiday and he said that Bangladesh and Afghanistan have a lot of guts to take on Australia and South Africa. Thought that if BD had batted a bit more intelligently, they might have beaten the Aussies, but did very well to restrict them to 141 runs, better than what india did.

Please stop sugarcoating our failures by pointing to matches that don't involve us. If we didn't do badly and by your logic we would've beaten IND, then obviously we are miles above SA who lost badly to IND and in turn way better than NZ (lost to SA) and of course SL (who lost to NZ) and WI (who are now losing to SL) and ENG (who lost to WI) and PAK (who lost to ENG).

Wait...we lost to PAK. Aren't we supoosed to be 10X better than them by your one off game comparison logic?
same pitch, smae ground, same pacers...and now SL are feeling the heat worse than us as well.

read into that post what you will...

And the funny part is that SRL could still win the cup or at least go to Semis. And how will your theory hold if WI beats AUS? but wait since SRL beat WI pretty badly that means that WI should be folded out for lesss 50 runs by the Aussies lol. Oh wait, I forgot last time Windies and Aussies met in T20 Gayle dismantled their attack.

After watching Ind V Aus and SL v Aus I think BD think a lot lot better than Ind and Aus, infact brilliantly. We were just unlucky to have Aus in our group. Having said this, we should have won against the Pakis.

After seeing the Aus V Ind, Aus V SL game, the only thing that happened to me is my frustration level just got higher. If only we scored another 20 runs, then after Aus wins the wc people will be like "Aus are undefeated champion if you exclude the Bangladesh game" How awesome would that have sounded :??

T20 is a ICC held tourney. So whether you like the format or not it would help our cricket if we do good on this format.

I am not so sad after seeing Indi and SL get trashed by the Oz. Compare to that we did great.

I am just itching to open the next match thread.

Lol yes but SRL and IND gets thrashed by AUS whereas we get thrashed by anyone including IRE thats what pisses us off and not the thrashing by Aussies itself.

This is our problem. We only see the matches when others lose and think we didnt do that bad. We forget to see when they win and we don't ever. Typical BD fans........ Better if we can get out of it and see what we have done instead.

Still guys, take heart that BD played the Aussies better than SL. At least a partnership was forged between Shakib and Mushy, who tried to steady the innings, but SL walked in and out like lambs.
I was so disappointed to see that they made less runs than Afghanistan who batted against SA, i was hoping that they would have at least made 100 runs.

IND can claim that they did better against the Aussies compared to both SRL and WI even though they lost all their S8 matches and is placed last in their group. Things just don't work like that. BAN is a test team and loosing million straight games in ALL formats of the game has no excuse.
