Bhai, BD vs Aus won't be televise. This is 100% confirmed its says QF#4, which is SA vs England. Bangladesh vs Aus is QF#1. So don't get ur hopes high

Great thread Zinat. So what it's fun? You added relevant info. Don't be soft; defend the hard work you put in.

I have edited the thread title so that it is consistent with the previous ones. Removed the GMT (as being on the previous day, can be confused. I was in the past and made maysun miss the first game). I also moved the useful info from the bottom to the top.

True, but the demographics of the ENG-SA match in terms of purchasing power may be more attractive to the advertisers. Harsh but true.

Thats a very good point. I wonder if it makes a real difference though. Most ads are for "affordable" products like coke, pepsi, mcdonalds and such, which would neutralize purchasing power disparity. Very few ads for Mercedes and Armani, whose demand is largely unchanged since its predicated on both desire and ability to purchase. In that light, I wonder if such marketing ploys make a difference at all.

I dont think its about demographi or anything else. Its more like that the 2nd and 4th will be televised. but 1st and 3rd wont.

I do agree Rozob Vai. Beating Australia in there soil is really tough job.
Realistically we have 10% chance.

We're already technically out of the plate, although there is no such official designation anymore. Plate is reserved for the 8 teams that didn't qualify for the Super League. Plate champions get the 9th place crown. We're already in the top 8 - despite how weak this team may or may not be, they rightfully deserve a spot in the top 8. Thus, should we lose the QF to Australia (likely), we can still gun for the 5th place award - which is our best ever finish by Tamim-Shakib-Mushfiq gang in 2006. A win v AUS and we are automatically in the top 4!

We have as good a chance as any to win and advance to the semis if our top 5 batters manage to click together for once. They're long overdue and this is the match where they must deliver. We must rely on our own success rather than the opposition's errors to win games at this stage.
