Concern: The banner looks out of place. Can we change the forum's blue feeling to a green feeling? That way the banner would match (closely) to the toolbars, reply bars, etc.? What do you think? You'll can test it between the two tests and decide or may be make a poll for feedback.

It is being greenified
Try all three existing templates and let us know your thoughts. There's still work to be done so keep your hard hat on.
You can change templates quickly by going to the bottom and select from the drop down the template you wish to apply.

Zunaid bhai,
has to be "-- test 1".
But that needs following tweaking.
1. http://www.banglacricket.com/alochona/ get rid of the "BanglaCricket Discussion Forum." line from the forum header bar (no need, taking up unnecessary space).
2. Take away some power from "Nasif" (Rep: 999999) and "Ehsan" (Rep: 10000). their "9" and "0" hurts my eyes. May be instead of a green dot give them a gold or silver dot.
3. The quotes automatically change to italic. I did not like that.
4. Font size can go up a little.
5. To be continued. (I am thrilled to test out so many buttons, like having a new gizmo)

I'm curious to figure out what "Rep" and "Rep Power" is supposed to indicate. I have the vague idea about number of posts, or status as moderator, but for eg. what does my "rep power" of 1 and "rep" of 10 really signify?
I also have an issue with that panel. It takes up a lot of vertical space in the threads when some distinguished persons post messages.

Rep stands for Reputation - higher number means higher reputation. We hope to prepare some FAQ that addresses similar queries. Until then you may find the default FAQ helpful:

May I suggest that you consider Verdana or Arial as default font which is easier to read. Trebuchet makes the content look kinda crammed together.
and please bring back all the old smilies! I miss the rofl emoticon

"BanglaCricket Light" looks great. Very well done guys.
The next template name I would suggest is "BanglaCricket Fat free". This would attract more traffic for sure.

Thanks al Furqaan.
We are only 10% done.
Which style are you commenting on? We've got a few we are playing with.
BanglaCricket light - the current default
BanglaCricket - IMHO, the one with promise
BanglaCricket Green - umm, some like it,
Try them all and offer comments. The more the better.

Fat free does not taste well. We need some ghee.

I agree with YHO. It looks more pleasant than the other options, also has some of that old look to make me feel familiar.

Sorry if this has been already answered, but is there a reason why I can't sign in to BanglaCricket using my AOL browser? It works fine with Internet Explorer but not on AOL.
PS - I know AOL are rubbish, gonna change my provider soon... I have had enough.

Suggestion:
On the Ghee version:
The quote message box should have a light thin border. It would become more prominent. (Panta bhat'er taste change korey dibey)

Hmm! Since all the borders are white, I was thinking of a white border or no border but a box effect (like the quick reply message box). Which ever looks better.
Also, the thread subscribing I don't get it. I have visited so many threads after the upgrade. Almost all the threads that has been opened in all the forums. Now I had to unsubscribe all of them to keep it at a low number. Just because I like it clean. Is this feature taking up memory? Why do we need this feature? slowing down the speed? Server being busy?

Rating "arrows" changed for BanglaCricket Light and BanglaCricket themes. Green is good. Red is bad.
