Players you are eager to watch out for in BPL2016

In just 3 days from now, BPL 4th edition will be upon us. BPL-3 by all means was a massive failure because the matches were one-sided, low scoring affairs, and we hardly saw any exciting talents courtesy of pitches, with the exception of young Abu Hider Rony.

However, BCB will have had learned from their mistakes and will certainly prepare pitches that make for quality matches.

The most important thing about the BPL is, it gives us oppurtunity to observe our young players, a chance to see their techniques, their ability to perform when the whole country is watching and the stands filled with thousands of spectators, and ofcourse being surrounded by some of the best players in the world. Sanga, Jayawardene, Gayle, Afridi, you name it.

Dissappointed by the last BPL, I am trying to be optimistic about this season. With the U-19 this year, we saw some talented bunch of youngsters from Bangladesh outperforming their peers. Here is a list of the players I am looking forward to:

Youths: Mehedi Hasan(his batting this time), Nazmul Hossain Shanto, Zakir Hasan(probably won't get a chance in the XI with Jahurul and Anamul), Mohammad Saifuddin(his yorkers will be useful here), Abdul Halim, Yasir Ali, Mahedi Hasan, Ebadat Hossain, Pinak Ghosh, Salman Hossain

Fringe: Anamul, Babu, Tanveer Haider, Mosaddek, Suvashish Roy, Nur Hossain, Jubair(wont be picked tho), Arafat Sunny(with new action)

Notable Omissions from this BPL: Abu Jayed, Joyraj Sheikh, Shadman Islam(more of a test player tho), Asif Ahmed Ratul
