WB legend. Good to see good people like you still around Mijan bhaia. Forum is dead, but ironically we still get a lot of traffic. I saw 2200 once. But all guests and no one posts. Still unsure why is that the case. Also during match time RabbitholeBD Youtube broadcast is lit.

Are they willing to stick with opening with Miraz in WC, what you all think? Our opening now shacky , Tamim didn’t play real match Litton out of form. Will they stick with Naim or give chance to Anamul? With 3,4,5 and 6 nobody made consistent big contributions doubt they would change or bring replacements for those slots.

Should Secure Spot

Nasum- bowled really well against SRL and almost won us the game at the death. Today against India batted brilliantly as well.

It's and bits players but adds more depth in our arsenal

Tanzim Tamim- Can play as 4th pacer as all rounder like Shardul Takur.

The way Tanzanian bowl and provided last minute bat..he became a good contender now for 3rd pacer..Nasum batted good however leaked some runs

Nasum and Mehedy as spinners require the pitch to do their work. That series win against Australia as the pitch was a spinners dream.

Both will atleast bowl a couple of hit me balls in an over and have little control over the ball.

They at least provide some support for batting these days.

Liton has Lit off and I suspect his poor technique and nonsensical mentality will continue in the World Cup against most teams. We unfortunately cannot find a decent opener.

Losing Shanto was a big blow.

The only positive is Hridoy, Taskin coming back to form, and Shoriful doing recently well.

Shamim and Afif for me don’t make the team as they add no value. Mahedi seems a better choice.

Nasum will do well on spin surfaces but will be *** whipped on other pitches as he has almost no control over the ball, similar to Mehedy.

That's also too many pure fast bowlers in the team and not a single fast bowling all rounders I think. Missing batsman. Beside tanzid tamim/mahmudullah no other batsman outside 11. Thsts Just 1 batsman outside playing 11 which includes an unfit tamim. I don't know Maan lol.

Haturu is right in some way. BD preparation for the WC was not good enough. Playing in trash mirpur pitch is not good enough.

You need batsmen who can bowl and bowlers who can bat. Look at Aus, Cameron Green bowls at 140k+.

Hatura is also right in a way that we also need to be realistic. Finding a batsman who can also bowl 140+k is just unrealistic in our environment. Heck we struggle to find a regular bowler who can bowl 140k+

Absolutely. It's all about visions and goals, BCB is satisfied with just 1 or 2 goals in mind. I think we are getting good amount of fast bowlers now compared to past. So, credit to BCB for that.

However, they still procrastinated a lot as you can see Riyad, Shaikh Mahedi, Nasum basically got into WC squad at the very last minute. Tanzim Sakib and Khaled Ahmed both just debut but most likely in WC squad or reserves.

Oh yes, more drama. Tamim told management that he can only play 5 games in the WC. Shakib said he don't want Tamim in the squad if that's the case. More drama to follow lol

Tamim is causing all these drama. How many games he can play or not is determined by medical team not based on his opinion. This is why Hatury wanted to kick him out in the first place.
