There was some truth to Shakib's interview with TSports where he stated that during matches that were not part of WC points, bcb needed to prepare the future gen. This didn't happen obviously and the way they tried to prepare them was horrible also because they were playing with serious pressure. If you can't do X, then dropped forever (?). This is where the big 4 had an advantage by getting lots of chances without that added extra pressure which allowed them to become what they are today

You can't blame Nasum and Mahedi for not defending sub far score.

The pathetic batting and bowling was expected, but the fielding (apart from the low catch) was absolutely filth! These guys spend more time in the mirror than on the field

I don't think I want Mullah in playing 11. I hope they don't take this guy in place of heidoy. That would be a mistake. MUSHFIQUE also needs to step up.

Bowling been decent. We will do well guys. Let's have fun. Stop stressing out and cursing so much . Yes I am talking to u Adam north south university .

Damn guys chill, save the gali for the main matches lmao.

You guys making it sound like we have better pacers to replace what we have the way they're getting bad-mouthed here in a WARMUP match.

Case in point, a better bowling lineup in Pakistan couldn't defend 350 the other day.

No need to panic. They are the defending champions for a reason. This is a team that scored 500 in a day in a test match so obviously they can and will smash our bowlers. 350 is like daal vaat for them and they only had 190 odd to get. Against Australia, England, India and NZ, we need 330+ scores to put their batting under pressure.

You cannot restrict Eng from scoring and so bowling them out is the only way. It won't get harder than this and we can afford to lose 1-2 games.

The Aus part timers getting pummeled by Babar and Ifitkhar is hilarious. The Aussie commentator was quietly seething (!)

Looking at the warm up games, looks like most pitches will be batting friendly. Sadly, this is where team BD is also struggling in at the moment.

If liton can get his groove back, we will have a much much better chance.

Dharamsala where we have our first match is a bit of a puzzle. It could be high scoring or teams could get skilled out for 120. In any case it will definitely offer early movement for the fast bowlers. I’m curious to see what the think tank would do in case of winning the toss. Our default winning formula against the Afghan’s usually is to bat first, get a decent total and put scoreboard pressure and it had worked well in the past including the two previous World Cup wins against them.

These T20 games in Asian Games actually have international status! Should have sent a stronger team given there is potential to win a rare Gold Medal in Asian Games. Dodged a bullet against Malaysia today. At one point Malaysia needed 6 runs of 11 balls to win with 4 wickets in hand and they managed to lose from there!!

I saw the Bangladeshi bowling against Malaysia and it was absolutely disgusting at the end.
