Very Good news, hope our players also goes to the court challenging BCB decission. At least they will be able to play in the domestic tournaments, immediately.

Ya...really Great News.....our players can go to court and use this as reference also. They may get the same judgment.

Another issue involves here, we know PCB themselves keen on lifting ban on ICL players. Specially after India postponed their Pakistan tour. May be PCB showed the way to the PAK Cricketers and PCB wanted this kind of things to happen from the court so that now they can show to ICC and BCCI that they have to abide by their court. Thus, justify the lifting of ban to the cricketers. If this is the case, then good move by PCB i must say. Now BCCI and ICC is pressurized more. BCB can follow the steps of PCB also if this is the case.

Neither ICC nor BCCI has helped Pakistan in the recent past. Pakistan themeselves are partially responsible for sure; but it does not make sense that the ICC could not find some ways to get Pakistan playing Test cricket during a whole calendar year. Good move by the PCB (they were indirectly involved in the decision, I guess).

This along with the boycott of IPL by the Pakistanis mean that more top Pakistani players will sign up for the ICL which would strengthen ICL's case of getting recognised.

This is a smart move by the PCB. Instead of doing the work themselves and appearing as the bad guys they got their government to sort things out.

Hopefully all the Warriors will be available for selection agaist Pakistan.
