Bulls have a quality team. Malan and Pererra are quality T20 player. Mushy and SN in great form. Al Amin, Rony and Taijul decent T20 player.

weakness is Emrit, who needs to be drop.

Jahurul Islam should replace CONfiqur in the national side. Has the perfect balance of good wicket keeping skills and batting. Nurul Hassan is an amazing keeper, but terrible batsman. Litton is a good batsman, but an avg. keeper. But Jahurul Islam is a good batsman, and a great keeper.

And hell, he didn't do badly at all in the 14 ODIs he had played. I bet if you pulled up CONfiqur's first 14 matches and compared the stats to Jahurul's, Jahurul's would be better.
