Good that these guys are going to be taught english lessons. Being able to speak properly in English is a start.

One lesson in 4 years is not enough.
They need practice. Speak with colleagues as much as possible does not matter if they make mistakes.

When I was forced to speak in English for the first time in my life, I was petrified! It takes practice.
The BCB guys and the sponsors also should take lessons. Not all of them can speak well.

It won't be that difficult to learn the following:
1. I played my natural game
2. The ball did not come to the bat
3. not easy to adjust to English conditions
4. This guy is just an ordinary bowler
5. where is rice and dal?
6. umpires are messed up

And if you are the captain, you have to say, "Boys did a good job" and "We tried to play pojitib", "We target 250/260"

I even doubt that all the players will take part in the workshop. They don't even come to practice if its not mandatory.
