i wouldnt change anything about shadman. we finally found another test player like mominul. why to ruin him? let him play atleast 2 years of test, then he can be tried in other formats.

Leading up to the world Cup, I think it's a good idea to try out some of the non regular options to see squad depth. Will be very useful in case of injury and/or poor performance from some of the stalwarts.

I sincerely hope that this will be the end of Shabbir if he cannot get it up during these final tours. He has gotten much chance than Sarker who has shown x10 more.

I wouldn't focus too much on match results now, and would rather us try out different team combinations to see if some of the non regulars are worth their salt.

Mithun has made a very strong case to be in the XI for world Cup. He seems to show up when the rest of the team shits the bed.

Saifuddin is a very handy bat down the order but don't know if that's enough to put him in the lineup. Not too impressed with his bowling.

My top XI would be:

Tamim
Liton
Shakib
Mushfiq
Mithun
Mollah
Sarkar
Mehedi
Mashrafe
Rubel
Mustafiz

Rubel needs to be in the XI. While he can be wildly inconsistent, he has shown more than the other options available and when on his game, is a major threat.

He also rose to the occasion last time at the WC, so he brings that experience and pedigree.

I don't wanna change anything with Shadman either. If he can play in BPL, why not in ODI's? It's not like BCB restricts Shadman and Mominul from T20's like BCCI does it for Pujara.

I'm considering him for his technique and ability to stay at the crease.

New ball is the real threat, if they can survuve the new ball then scoring is not an issue as we have seen our lower order coping well.

I don't understand the mentality of adding an extra batsmen. This has never worked out for us. Especially when a batsmen is Sabbir's caliber with around 20avg. Adding an extra bowler could have helped our cause somewhat
