Default The Rashid Khan Appreciation Thread

Regardless of his age, he is one of the finest cricketers in the world.

His action has a noticeable difference with his googly, more cricket vs top nations that will be exposed

But I think he's a top notch bowler, line length and a good stock delivery can take him far, he's probably still got a good 10 years left in him also... And no I don't buy he's 18

Leg spinners graveyard is India. If he succeeds in IPL, I'll take him as one of the best.

He'll succeed in my opinion, he's a good bowler, his googly ain't all that

And ipl isn't a pinnacle

Maybe if he plays vs India, hopefully he gets the chances

Once he gets to play more, he'll most definitely be under the microscopes of teams like Australia and New Zealand...They are very into the scientific aspect of the game, just by listening to the commentary.

New Zealand might as well have the most intelligent commentators in the world.

I will have to disagree with horizon bro...

Leg-spinners have historically done well in IPL: Kumble, Tambe, Chahal, Badree, even Adam Zampa last year.

Rashid Khan is smart enough to exploit the batsmen weaknesses... This will be a good morale-boost for him. He will be up to the task/.

Quality. Absolute quality. If only bcb had any vision, could've poached him like England do from elsewhere. Get, BD citizenship to him and his fam, flat in Dhaka. yes it's an investment much would've been worth it. BD desperately need a leggie, quality leggie.

Then again, Pakistan fans, especially likes of Anik Da, could say the same thing about pcb should've poached him.

Sorry if my previous post didn't go too well with you or anyone else. It wasn't intended to hurt anyone's emotions.

One can't appreciate a talent, because he isn't a player associated with BD nor did anything for BD? Are you serious?

Once you get crores from IPL, you can play for your country happily without bothered about getting paid. Test status is also round the corner for Afghanistan.

They got to play in BPL before any other leagues, since the 2nd season, many of them have featured. Long before IPL teams even took a second look at them.Nabbi has been a regular and has earned decent amount alread from BPL!

9.3-0-43-6

Who is this guy?

Clearly the quality of batsmen he's bowling against are not up there. Needs to play against the big boys.
