Out of all these players, only Mashrafee's sounds the best. Guess why:

1. Hogg and McGrath played easier opponents, and have 2 matches to account for. Mash has 1.

2. Iftekhar has also played 2 matches, with 5 wickets. Avg, 2.5 wicket per match. Mash is 4.0 wickets per match.

3. Maharoof played against Bermuda, and SRajesh rule says that's not to be included. So he's disqualified.
