I wish we played the games in the opposite order. Then we could take on the better three teams after we got 3-0. I fully expect us to beat Ireland, West Indies and England.

YES!! Now, it's time for Celebration!
We are Through to the SUPER 8!
Here's a pic of Ashraful, Mashrafe , Aftab and our Coach at the stadium smiling at India's demise and at the confidence that they are through to the Super 8.
To confirm place in Super 8, we need to beat Bermuda at a run rate of 3.5po

ON one hand I am overjoyed because Bangladesh will in all possibility go through but it is painful to see grown men look so dejected and upset over a game. This shows the kind of pressure the Indian team has on itself. Fans of India and Pakistan need to take chill pills and then maybe their players can play in the field with not to have to worry about their safety if they lose. That way they might be able to produce better results. I truely feel sorry for the Indians. I hope their fans treat them with the respect they deserve. After all these are the players who bring you all the glory when they win and perform well. I never liked or supported INdian cricket team but now I realise the kind of pressure they are under constantly. I just hope bangladeshi fans emulate the sri lankans rather than our closer neighbours when we become a cricketing powerhouse. However looking at the "bhangchoor" habit of BD people during hartals I have my doubts.

Wow, I don't think I can blame BD for playing so poorly against SL anymore. And I am starting to think that SL might just win this cup ruthlessly.

I don't think if we beat Bermuda our RR would need to beat India's. Will it? Coz as far as I know, the RR is only to break the tie in case two teams have equal number of wins and equal points.
Anyone can confirm this please?

Whatever it is, I am personally happy that Bangladesh will dfefinitely get into the Super8s now. It is only fitting that the Tigers get there as they have shown tremendous improvement over the past year.
Bangladesh can beat other top teams and should make every effort now to reach the semi-finals.
I am really proud of our sri lankan team too. Hats off to them for being so professional.

Dravid is the ultimate gentlemen cricketer and I feel for him in particular for India's early exit!

With all honesty, I hated that picture actually. And it's simply coz of what you're saying: Dravid is a gentleman.
In reality, I don't like to see people crying over a match. It's specially disturbing when a man who's 30+ is crying openly.
No matter what happens between us and Indian team, we shouldn't be heartless at least.

I cannot believe that Dravid already gave up hope to move to the super8. There is still hope for them and they are not willing to hope about it even? I think this attitude cost them the matches.

Dravid doesn't have to feel sorry about the match, he played a good innings and it's not his fault if Murali was unplayable to most of his team-mates.
About giving up... trouble for India now is that they don't have their fate in their hands, and hopes for a Bermuda win are really small... they lost to both BD and SL, and that's all about them in this world cup.
btw is Dravid crying? it doesn't look like that to me... only depressed.

This guy is a genius. Looks like I missed the fun. Looks like he talks from right in the middle of the pitch.
