no but seriously, i feel that rugby has much potential in bangladesh, especially in winter. physical contact and aggresion in the sporting field neutralises the need for verbal contact out of it..

Winter in BD is fine. But here we've had to play semi-finals in the 3rd week of november in almost frozen puddles of mud and snowflakes drifting in. Sometimes it isnt all that pleasant.

well it is a winter sport in uk and the idea is the the water and moisture in air would make it easier for the participants. snow would be a different consideration altogether.

Some of the BAL picketers can be trained into decent players. BNP guys don't know how to picket. JIB guys need to leave those blades inside their lockers.

errmmm... please introduce them to hockey instead. Wouldnt want to get in a ruck with some picketers. Plus they already have prior experience with hockey sticks.

Notre Dame College emerged champion in the Foamex Foam 1st College Rugby tournament, beating Imperial College 18-3 in their last super league match at the Outer Stadium ground yesterday.
Chief operating officer of Bangladesh Olympic Association Col Waliullah (retd) distributed prizes among the winners.
The champions secured eight points from two matches in the super league.
Noel scored 10 points for the winners.
