Seriously, as much as I don't like Imrul due to his freakish way of getting out, he did his part today and did not play any shots that were not there. Same thing goes for the entire batting order,, they played exactly what ' the doctor ordered'. But Junaid has to go... he is just the same 15-30 runs guy and a disgrace for the one down position. Two times in a row, the got run outs and he would not just dive to save his wicket,, he simply wont!!

Yep, I wanna start putting my nailcutter to full use, it's started to get rusty.

How important was it to win the toss and bowl first? Cannot think of bowling in that wet condition.

Can anyone upload the entire game for us if they have it? This is one to cherish forever.

- he ran out Zunaid
- he got out in a ugly way and started the middle-order collapse
- he took 100 balls to score 60.
If Imrul didn't play that innings, even Shafiul's brilliance wouldn't have been enough to take us to the glory. I agree to the fact that Imrul got run out needlessly, but he played a really important knock to keep us in the match. And Junaid was & has always been too lazy between the wickets, it was him who was stupid enough to get trapped there. It would've looked one of the most easiest singles If it were even Raqibul or Shakib instead of Junayed.

And don't always judge one's innings according to the strike rate, you gotta understand the match situation.

^^^ I think MarvinDaMartian's post was in jest. It was more of a dig at Ashraful than Imrul.

We would have been screwed, what with

Riad
Naeem
Razzak
Shakib

40 overs of bowlers spin bowlers struggling to grip the ball. We all saw what difference a dry ball made(21st over ball change, and then again in the 34th over)

everybody here in guyana said that my tigers will lose after the match against west indies, but me i never stop believing, that match will forever remain in my heart as one of the most exciting ever, shafiul did it last year getting the last wicket of trott at bristol, this time he showed everyone of us the greatest example of perseverance,i believe we have a good chance to make quarter-finals
