Official Ambrina Sarjeen thread
There has been many irreplaceable characters in our cricket circle. Many stand out like a shining star at a distance.
We were lucky to have seen the Ashrafuls, the captaincy of Mushy, Mushy's tweets, Taskin's blonde hair, Mosharraf's horror show with the bat, Shahadat's scream.
But nothing in the world beats the evergreen Ambrina Sarjeen, the host of the grand Bangladesh premier league which is shown in 120 countries worldwide, not an ordinary feet tell you.
Let us use this thread to applaud her brilliance, and reminiscence some of those moments that truly defined her class.

#TeamSheena.
I like Sheena, more now. For her dedication and always nice warm, positive things about Bangladesh. She seems to like Bangladesh so much and seems to really appreciate the love, warm, hospitality of BD people, and the food of BD.
I don't know if she's married, but really she should find a Bangladeshi husband and then could settle in BD, live happily everafter, have Bangladeshi Hilsha everyday!

I love Sheena. She is the best thing about BPL away from the field. She brings this positive vibe.
She doesn't consider it as a "just another job". You can tell that she is not a clown like Ambrin. She genuinely loves the game, loves the people, loves to be a part of the BPL. She is a breath of fresh air amidst all the nonsense.
When BPL was going all haywire, she remains upbeat and optimistic. She is in a way a flagbearer of the BPL off-field. Our own players do jack when it comes to advertising the league. TBH, when I look at BPL, i barely care about our core players. All i care about is seeing the likes of Sunzamul, Shahid, Shanto, Nafees, Sheena.

Not her fault that she was picked to do this job.

same way Hom it wasn't Hom's fault or Shafiul's fault, or even Rabbi's fault but we didn't spare them anyways?
If I was someone who mattered in the context, I would definitely urge her to improve her spoken English and her commonsense. I feel that she is poorly advertising the rest of the country. Not really helping our image when people see that we have hired a host who can't speak even
The difference between her and the players i mentioned is that, they have worked hard to get where they are right now. Now while I will accept that Ms Ambrina has her traits, I am quite sure that she wasn't selected on merit. Surely, in a country like Bangladesh you will have plenty of popular folks who have looks, common sense, well spoken and understands the game pretty well.
And I haven't seen any deliberate effort by Ambrina to improve herself. Infact, she rage-quite last time because people insulted her, but hey, she is back again and has got even worse. If you are going to get a job as high profile as a BPL host, which is no ordinary feat, surely, you have be to damn good. If you aren't good, then go for the extra mile and try to be good. She has been given a platform where millions of people get to know her. She is automatically more popular than her other counterparts, not only in BD but worldwide.

I prefer Kaanta, she was not as fake as Dumbreen.
Kaanta was clueless in her own cute way.

Ambrin, Jambrin, Sheena, Meena all the same. All from the same school of IndoSpeak.
Sorry, the level is too mundane and shabby to even waste any time making comparisons.
