DNC announces line up for the first debate.

https://www.politico.com/story/2019/...ineups-1365570

I like it.

I am glad that FAKE progressive Lyin' Pocahontas is teamed up with Tulsi Gabbard on the first night. Tulsi, who has nothing to lose but only to gain, should forcefully call out this LIAR for her

- refusal to support medicate for all
- votes for Trump's bloated military budget
- imperialist foreign policy, where she wants to kill but kill in a green way (read: Elizabeth Warren’s Green Imperialism Isn’t the Answer)
- no show at standing rock to support the native Americans and protest Dakota access pipeline
- endorsement of Queen Hillary, the mother of neo-liberalism
- lie about her native American ancestry
- grandstanding and melodramatic posturing in the senate about questioning and shaming bankers which never resulted in jailing a single one of them
- her willingness to take corporate and PAC money in the general election should she becomes the nominee.

The second night Bernie should forcefully call out Creepy Uncle Joe, Pesky Pete, Crooked Kamala.

So previously I wanted Bernie to get the nomination just for the satisfaction of beating him.
But now I am 100% behind Andrew Yang. This man is too smart and reasonable not to be given a shot asap! He is running on the wrong ticket though imo. Could have waited four more years, and be the GOP's next businessman president.

Here he is, duking it out with Ben. Two great men sparring on policies, no identity politics.

Bernie takes shot at LYIN' FAKE POCAHONTAS Liz

The cat is out of the bag. The corporate wing of the Democratic Party is publicly "anybody but Bernie." They know our progressive agenda of Medicare for All, breaking up big banks, taking on drug companies and raising wages is the real threat to the billionaire class. https://t.co/zimci7JRO6
— Bernie Sanders (@BernieSanders) June 19, 2019

Upcoming civil war in democratic party

https://www.usatoday.com/story/opini...mn/1525623001/

Quote:
For starters, is the Democratic Party a party of the rich or a party of the little guy? For many years, they’ve been the party of the rich playing a good game of pretending to be for the little guy.

And the Democratic establishment does it in insidious ways that are too clever by half: They are for the marginalized guy or gal in the race, gender, and sexuality issues because, hey, that doesn’t hurt their and their affluent constituents’ pocketbook much.

But in the economic issues that matter, they often sock it to the average Democratic working-class voter: in the global trade deals that’ve offshored jobs and have decimated the American manufacturing base; in their looking the other way as illegal immigrants depress the wages of working-class Americans, and more.
But as long as they talk and talk and talk some more — about abortion and transgender rights and racism (not that these aren’t relevant issues), they can have their cake and eat it too.

But all this worked until 2016, but can’t be pulled off anymore. The Democratic establishment wing is still either clueless or stubborn, but they want good ol’ Joe Biden to come to the rescue and Make Oligarchic America Great Again.

But the restive Sanders, Warren, and Ocasio Cortez wing of the party won’t let them.

Hillary Clinton revealed her economic elitism when she said in 2018 that she won in the “places that represent two-thirds of America’s gross domestic product. So I won the places that are optimistic, diverse, dynamic, moving forward.”

And this was the Democratic nominee! Where was the empathy and compassion for those who’ve been left behind in today’s global economy by forces outside their control like uncontrolled mass immigration, offshoring of jobs, automation? There was none, because she was out-of-touch and clueless.

And the dishonesty continues with the Democratic establishment wing. If Hillary had won in 2016, the party would’ve drifted further away from its working-class roots. But the defeat in 2016 has forced party establishment leaders like Joe Biden to now go through the performative motions of pretend-caring especially about white working-class voters.

Did not watch the debate yet - to be honest, suffering from slight loss of enthusiasm after seeing FAKE progressive like Lyin' Liz and Creepy Uncle Joe outpolling Bernie.

When an out of touch guy like Biden polls highest, or when identity politics to a large electorate means giving precedence to electing a person of certain gender over a transformative figure and true fighter who championed progressive policies for five decades, it becomes tough to follow US politics. You need to have heart/tenacity like we had to had to follow our cricket in early 2000s. I am sliding down on the tenacity front, probably intentionally, so that when Bernie loses, it will not be too painful.

If you are anti war, Tulsi is your candidate. Moderator didn't have her equal time, but she made her point loud and clear.

Booker has always been about FAKE posturing and grandstanding. It is so obvious that it is borderline unbearable and comical.

That is why I call him CoryGrandStandingBooker.

According to unofficial internet poll, Tulsi won the debate followed by Warren.

During the debate, she was also most googled candidate i.e. she distinguished about her (in crowded candidates) and people were trying to find out more about her. She may gain some in next scientific poll.

Watched snippets of both debates and analysis of them. Here are my take:

Liz Warren: Abba ami first hoisi - classey student koyjon - shudu ami i. On the first night, she was the front runner. She lived up to that status. She did not meander - gave straight answers. In terms of delivery, it was a win. As for substance, she was as usual. No one challenged her on the points I have mentioned in post 403, so she came out unscathed.

Beto O Rourke: Nervous throughout, dodged the tax question. It is OK to dodge but you have to do it skillfully. He appeared like a fish out of water - leje gobore pura. Epic fail. He can and should suspend his campaign.

Cory Booker: Usual melodrama and posturing.

Tulsi Gabbard: Highlighted her non-interventionist foreign policy but disappointed that she did not hit Liz Warren. But that was wrong expectation on my part to begin with, because before the debate, she defended Biden on the ground of civility. Probably another FAKE eyeing VP spot or a cabinet position.

De Blasio - He is a top notch liar like Obama - groveled at Bezos' boot to bring Amazon in NY, but portrayed himself as a progressive beacon. Some analysists say his performance was great but he will not be the nominee.

Delany, Klobuchar, and other candidates on the first night: IRRELEVANT. Who cares?

Second Night:

Joe Biden: Fail - if you consider that he has been puffed relentlessly as the supposed front runner. Got hit by Bernie, Kamala, and others. Bruised and bloodied. Looked like a batsman who is completely out of sorts against swinging deliveries. But will it dent his poll numbers? Remains to be seen -American public is incredibly dense about their own politics. SAD.

Crooked Kamala: Media is saying she was the winner because she hit Biden hard. But she only hit Biden hard on identity politics - a social issue - the max her donors will allow. BTW, both Biden and Kamla have same donors. Biden should be held accountable for his racist past, but exposing him for open trade and bank deregulation is far more important, and no one challenged him on that front.

Bernie: Bernie was OK. Should have hit Biden hard but couldn't due to limited time and opportunity. Also if he was as aggressive as Kamla against Biden, DNC would have questioned if Bernie is a Democrat. He had the strongest closing statement.

Pesky Pete: FAIL. His inexperience was on full display. Could not defend his management of racial issues around South Bend police. The follow up question from another contender completely exposed him the FAKE he is.

Yang: Sleepy throughout. FAIL.

Others: Irrelevant.

Overall: The winners are the DNC and the corporate media. The whole thing is a show of white noise carefully designed to distract people from real issues. With progressive wing rising, the best thing DNC could do was having as many contenders as possible, so that white noise dominates the discussion and prevents serious candidates going deep on real issues. They succeeded. DNC is not different than Trump, except Trump is brazen in his white noise generation whereas DNC does it subtly.

Biden and Barnie are loosing ground. It will be much more competitive. Candidates will lie and promise everything left and right to get some attention and knowing very well they will never be accountable to their false promises in future.

The dog fight started. Kamala and Booker will lead the effort using the race card left and right to get slightest advantage against their opponent. By the time the real election happens, people will be tired of misusing race card and playing victim games.

Whoever comes out winning from this bunch will be a wounded prey for Trump. He will eat him/her alive.

^ But I am very worried that Yang is going to steal a lot of Trump supporters. He already has made a good impression on me. But the good news is that characters like Kamala, Bernie, Booker, and Biden will repel people so much, that they won't take the trouble to register as a democrat, even for Yang.

If Yang ran as a republican, it would be game over for the GOP. Bernie or Biden would probably edge Trump because of the votes Yang would take away from him.

Democrats will be smart to nominate Yang. You know, the higher up the constituency you get, the more you have to appeal to the individual. From city, to county, to state and finally the country, the higher you climb, the more right you have to go. But are the dems smart? No, they are not. They will give it to the commie loon because of the guilt of having robbed him in 2016. Not realizing, that it's too late.

After the first debate, establishment is now having wet dreams about Kamala-Buttigieg ticket.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/opini...ket/ar-AADyIAa

https://www.vox.com/policy-and-polit...n-trump-winner

First debate Bernie was OK but he can not afford to be Mahmudullah anymore. He must be more assertive and loud next debate.

Cooked Kamala aka Demon Devi's attack on Biden was nothing but pure acting. Pure FAKE outrage - carefully rehearsed. Many in twitter suggested that she should get an Oscar. It was pure Uuugh, but naïve American public found it palatable. Demon Devi raised $2 million since her debate act

I am liking Mayor Pete. He is eloquent and has a very impressive resume. America needs a young leader like him. Trump/Biden/Sanders are too old to take this country forward. We need a young visionary leader. But need to see more of Pete to be fully convinced.

Media will make Harris their feminazi darling and front runner for SJW snowflakes, and will shoot themselves in the foot the same way CNN sang songs of Killary.

Thank GOD for Bernie's strong following.

I am very sorry to see that a fellow BCite has fallen for Pesky Pete.

Keeping my bias aside and being as objective as I can be, Pete Buttigieg clearly appears smarmy and empty suit. When he talks, he tries hard to come across as intelligent without offering anything substantial.

When I hear him talk, I only notice word salad and verbal diarrhea.

His lack of passion and vision is super clear - he is your run of the mill technocrat who is licking boots of wall street, big pharma, big oil hard to be the next steward of the empire like Barack Obama so that the boat will not be rocked for the privileged and the rich.
