So Afghans are performing consistently well over the years.
How many Pak players they have?

AFAIK Afghanistan players are all indigenous...
Semifinals:
Hong Kong 205/10
Afghanistan 210/5
Nepal 271/6
Malaysia 263/10
Afghanistan v Nepal will be the final. They confirm to be fast-growing cricketing countries though Afghanistan lost to the UAE in the group stage and beat Malaysia by only 1 run.

IMO, Asian Test countries should provide better support for this tournament and host it in turns. Kuwait or any other associate country does not proper pitches or a big enough ground.

Asian associates will not even get the chance to play Asia Cup... they don't get any help to improve.
Tomorrow is the final. Neither Afghanistan nor Nepal have won the trophy before.
