Lesson for kids; don't get married just for the honeymoon... or that happens.

I just hope that Shak gets to play all the matches. SA pitches are not spin friendly and KKR might not rely on Shak's spin there. So getting this mixed vibe.. I hope they exploit Shak's batting this time.

Good luck Bangladesher jaan Shakib al Hasan

This is what I hate about the ICC. They have no ****ing control! I remember how WC11 had ended and IPL and other meaningless ODI series had started like a week after. There is no break, there is no gap. You have to let the winners enjoy their moment.

There should be NO CRICKET, of any form, for a month, after a World Tournament. Give the players, fans a break.

^^ Because SLPL have a significant indian investment.
Most teams were bought by Indian companies, the premier sponsor is Mahindar Auto or something.

I don't want Shak to play all these t-20 matches. He is much more important for us as a Test and ODI bowler and T-20s are not helping his overall bowling.

An intelligent bowler will bowl well across all the formats.

A professional player improves/remains in form if he is into matches continuously... Yes rest is needed, but not that our players are starved of rest anyway. Sitting only makes him rusty... So it's good he has this chance of being into matches unlike our other players...

BPL champions would have made it too had BCB arranged it ahead of time. SLPL champion was always going to play in it because 1 team from SL domestic T20 played on CLT20 before. I don't think BCB thought that far through and tried to contact India, Aus and SA cricket. Remember CLT20 is run by these 3 boards, not ICC. We needed to be invited in order to play, but unless go out of our way and approach them I doubt they will invite BPL champion on their own.
