iqbal is out of sorts at the moment and Tushar on the other hand has had a good tour with the A team in England and it is unfair to judge his performance on the basis of one test match so i think Tushar should play ahead of Iqbal.

If only peroforming in A team is enough why don't we bring back Al Sharhriar Rokon back to the team? The truth is, both Rokon and Tushar Imran are practice match player. They play good at that level. They were given many many chances in national team level, but never could prove themselves.

Nafis Iqbal, on the other hand still did not had much chances like Tushar yet.

Tushar Imran's Stats in ODI and tests:

class mat inns no runs hs ave sr 100 50
Tests 4 8 0 55 28 6.87 30.21 0 0
ODIs 33 32 0 523 65 16.34 63.39 0 2

It says all the story.

Forget the stats im talking bout who' s in form at the moment and I reckon Tushar would have got some runs if he was given a chance in this match while Iqbal is a good player but he is out of form at the moment and the only thing he will do in this match is edge the ball to the slips and give the likes of Jayawardene some catch practice (Let's hope he proves me wrong for Bangladesh's sake).

It's very unfair to drop someone after 1 match considering that he made a comeback after a long time.

That would be a drop after 4 mathces, 3 ODI+ 1 Tests. In these 4 mathces He did the same like he used to.

Give Tushar Imran 100 more chances, his top score on those match will be at most 20.

Tushar Imran was never good enough to play test cricket. He is only good against week bowling line i.e. he is good in practice match or A team. So it is a right call to replace him.

However, He may be good for ODI for higher strike rate.

So who else is good enough? Tushar was, is and will be a more or less non factor for team's success/failure ( mostly failure though)

I am happy that the scape-goat Tushar is not in the team. Except for Bashar's one innings, there is nothing to show for the rest of the so-called "good enough to play test cricket" players in the team.

Majority of our fans think that Javed is our best test batsman, despite the fact that he averages a dozen less than "idiot" Bashar and Ashraful "the brainless" averages slightly more than him.

If they don't find a scapegoat, then who will?

Nafees is our new "jamai" please leave him alone...give him "ador" ...make him bed in the pitch and instead of bat give him rose...put him in air conditioned bus and plane and ofcourse a luxurious rooms...he is still in his honeymoon ...give the guy a break...let him spend some time with his wife...

If you want to play Nafess I have no objection to that, but as a married person you will mostly agree how it affects your performance(work wise). Especially if you are in your earlier days of marriage. So, even he plays, he already lost his concentration.

Tushar became Rokon alike. This guy, given the opportunity, just threw it away. He was superb in England against second/third division players, but he is now playing against test class. There are no other batsmen in bangladesh who can play test class bowlers with ease. So, there is no point of making argument that Tushar is flop. Ain't we all flop...so no matter who plays our top order is worst.
