Default 2009 fixtures

in terms of ODIs, we have the windies series, and 2 more series with zimbabwe this year.

a trip to zimbabwe for 3 ODIs - which should be a good test with an improved zim side, but one which we should win, if not whitewash for pride's sake.

and 5 ODI home series later on.

so plenty of chances to get "revenge" this year. lets hope the boys are up to it.

There are doubts on the ten thousand times we are supposed to play the zim series for 2009, last i heard.

For all i know the guarantees are the WI, PAK, IND series.

A 20twenty worldcup and a possible (PAK, SL, and BAN) series.

Please... im tired of seeing bd play zim all the time...im gonna get sick if i see another bd-zim match!!
Cant bd play aus or eng? any better opposition?
And they better impress in the World T20,i think Bd has the most T20 experience since they play all matches like a 20/20 match...even odi's and test matches.

BD only has 2 more test matches(WI) for the year, they were supposed to have a few against Zim, but Zim is not ready for test matches, so BCB and Zim should arrange a couple of 3 or 4 day matches between the 2 sides, will be beneficial for both teams.

8 more games against Zim. Great!! Win-loss of Ash's captaincy will improve.

How many tests are we playing in 2010? Can England visit us and taste sub-continent hospitality? Manay muli baash? Unleash Shakib on them.

I'm not sure thats the best idea if youre looking for revenge. Cricket isnt exactly our strong point (at least not yet). We should host them for a Kabadi tournament...

Avarage height of an english man is about 3-4 inches higher than a Bangladeshi. Hate to admit it but in Kabady they'll own us.

But they're hapless against spin, so lets beat them at their own game.

2 vs Pakistan
2 vs England ( 51 ao )
2 vs Australia (they owe us)
2 vs Zimbabwe (they'll regain Test Status)

Sadly England in Bangladesh takes place in 2012

Only 2 tests in 09 and 12 Tests in 10..!!!
ICC has no balance in making schedule...or making spaces for big teams and small spaces for the minnows.

Its going to be a good year boys...good year.

Dont take the zim series negatively.

Remember the strategy for the world cup:

Make Bangladesh play poorer sides to build solid confidence, then set them up against India...we all know the result in that World Cup.

ZIm series is the MOST IMPORTANT since we play India is December and i can tell you, they are going to be No.1 by then in all three forms of the game.(India)

Whoah, whoah! This is good, but would've been happier with a tighter schedule in this year. And against England in England would be fine too as i'm in UK , but sorry for you guys in BD who won't be watchin it live. Okay right, but i dint get what u meant by 51 ao!

And where did you get the schedule from? Din't find it in cricinfo, or is it there?
