I suppose there must have been a hidden bid, say rongpur thinking to buy for 5 taka but here comes the dhaka at the last moment with 10 taka note, and the players are also willing to join them because of their squad, i mean you go to rangpur or khulna you will feel the heat more than in dhaka. who wants to join haru patti team?

So basically all other teams are fighting for 2nd position as Dhaka is definitely going to be the number one AGAIN.

Gladiators dont sit on thrones and step on others, they have to fight till death for their survival, Khulna will be the true Gladiator tom, Dhaka is anticipating a stroll in the park i suppose

Isn't it just awsome to know the outcome of a tournament even before it begins? NOT!
This is like La Liga Bengali version

I don't want DG to win. It will show that the team with superstars don't always win . As much as I don't want to see Shak/Mash losing, but for the greater cause, they need to lose

The only team that can give Dhaka a chase is DR. Very balanced team IMHO.

I would be happy if Khulna can cause a major upset this time simply because they are the weakest team of all and they are going through so much hardship. Khulna's win will be cricket's win as it is a game of glorious uncertainty after all..

WHat is the squad of Duronto Rajshahi? I dont see how they're strong contenders other than Tamim, Hales and Samuels, they dont have anyone significant

They got Simon Katich as their captain. Very aggressive player/captain and Ben Edmondson who is a fast bowler from Australia. And Tamim is in a great form. He alone can change the game.

Samuels is not playing. He is injured

Dhaka made a great squad this year. They spend less than last year but their signings made sense.

Its obvious, they were looking for some explosive allrounders, and some decent pacers. They got it.

This is a team that can compete at the Champions League level. Thats what they aim. You have to aim high enough. They didnt run after Pakistani players or big names. They got players that are in the middle but has the capability to perform big.

they got, Shah, Thomas, Lee, Cobb, Liddle, Stevens that will play the whole tournament. Than they have Pollard, Wright, Dilshan that will come in for couple of matches and potentially present some fireworks.

and Hey, they dont stop here. I think they planned out just incase they make it to CL and does not get most of the foreign players. They have Shak, Mash, Ash, Anamul, Sajib, Soumya, Robin.....

So DG haters cant even say that team doesnt care about local players... Look at the number of young recruits...

DG all the way...

DG are one of the favourites to win BPL 2 I reckon!!!

Will Dilshan be available after Sri Lanka's Odi series in Aus, for the rest of the tournement and when does the odi series Lanka playing against Australia ends?
