Default More 20 20 Internationals please and its Advantages

It is ridiculous to see Boards organizing only 1 20 20 game every tours. There should be atealst 7 -9 per tour.

20 -20 Matches have the following advantages

1. They are great crowd pullers and we will get guranteed full houses for these games which is great for Sponsors and Advertisers.
2. They provide lots of excitement and there is never a dull moment.
3. It tests the innovative thinking, agility and quick thinking abilities of players.
4. They are over quickly so players and are less stressful who complain of excessive cricket can shut their mouths.
5. Back to back matches can be arranged and organizers can arrange atleast 2 matches in a day to give the crowd a full day's entertainment.
6. Most importantly people do not need to take off from work and can come over to the Cricket after a hard day's work.

Also the National Side should play atleast 50 Twenty 20 games in a year.

Actually I do agree with this guy. I think we do need more practice for 20 20 match. It will make our players handle aggressive situations in field and at batting. And 20 20 is the best way to practice that. I also believe we should have more domestic test match and 20 20 match. Each has its pluses to contribute to the 50 over game.

20 20 and ODI both are crap in compare to test. The less 20 20/ODI we play the more we familiarize to test and more we learn cricket and better we get, etc.

lol...Do you think this is some breakthrough you just made or something? Amazing how people think theyre the only ones thinking in the world. The ICC have put a limit on how many Twenty20's a team can play in a year. They did it so as to prevent cricket boards like the BCCI and ACB on going on overkill to make more money...

keep 20/20 out of asia. bangladesh batsmen r already very flashy and 20/20 will kill their chances of improving. bangladesh should play more tests, not 20/20 matches

Test Match = a novel

ODI = a short story

20/20 = a crappy 20-minute bollywood sitcom 'cause there's nothing else on TV, and you don't wanna use that brain anymore.

Read this:

Is Twenty Plenty?

In short, the limit sets a ban on a side hosting more than 3 twenty20s a year. Still, its worth a read. Dont just take my word for it...

sadly, like arena football (u.s) and other atrocities, 20/20 is here to stay as long as it can... maybe it'll outlive us all...

For your kind information, BCCI has been strongly objecting to 20-20 matches. BCCI was the strongest opposer of the 20-20 world cup and it too ICC a long time to convince BCCI.
