Hate to see Tone go for peanuts. But, the Steelers had enough of boorish activities in the off season from hell, led by trash bag Big Ben. He is walking free, but this is his last draw, and the Steelers won't put up with him again if he slips up one more time. He is meeting with Goodell today and I expect him to suspend Ben for a few games. It no longer matters that he is a two time superbowl champ. The public are enraged.
About Santonio to gang green. You guys better hope and pray that when the lights are off, he doesn't cruise for the green stuff in NY lights. In four years as a pro, two domestic abuse case, one disorderly conduct, multiple marijuana posession cases, followed by suspension of four games. One more slip and he will be banished for an entire year. He has five kids ( Cromartie has competion ) and recently cut a woman allegedly with a glass of drinks that he threw at her. He is a free agent next year, and in Jets run first offense, his numbers will suffer which will lead him to complain. He fought with teammates many times, fought with Tomlin, and many times arrived late for meetings and practices. The whole locker room cheered when he was traded. He is a great athlete who can play every position. He can block well, which is a norm for Steelers WR's. If he gets his head right, Jets just got themselves a great young WR. No one can forget his great moments in Superbowl 43 earning us our SIXTH Superbowl. Thank him for that.
