When was the last time we drew against a top 8 team on their soil? That even without Tamim and Shakib.
And why deprive Raj from what he achieved? He got 200.

I said banner should be for Raz, not for winning one off game with no mention worthy performer (other than Raz and cameo from Nas)

nice, but i was expecting that one pose, when he kneels down and appeal to the umpire, this is very common for raz and he got many wickets like that, however nice one though

Yup. Good call. But I picked the image from his actual 200th wicket celebration. I might make a new one with that classic pose.
Like this right?

^^ you can take the first one, that is from 200th wicket match if you want to design solely based on that match. he got so many wickets with his straight one appealing for lbw to umpire with that pose, that it will be unfair for him not to get such in his album

Razzak looks super weird on the right one. You cramped it and gave him a botox face. He looks like he's about to cry, but he can't! Looks fine on the post, but just not on the banner.

I did not give him that face. God did.
Attaching psd template again - feel free. In fact, feel encouraged.

I like - could you drop shadow the text as per the psd specs
Angle 90%, blend mode
Opacity 67%
Distance 5
Size 5
Then again - at 72 dpi (all a web image can render) and 800 x 200 pixel image size, you don't really need a very high-res image. This is not going to a print publication.

Did you actually use the psd template? I see some noise artifacts around the cricket ball bleeding into the white.

I used the templet your just posted couple posts above. And yes I see those noise, but not artifacts. I didn't touch the templet. I only worked on Raz. I guess it's always been there. But you guys always have busy banners so you didnt catch it before. Shows up on the white bg.

A higher-res cricket ball and without the lens flare effect. Try this?
