I heard a lot about one halal Chinese run by an Ughur lady in Jamaica, I probably have walked by it many times but never had a chance to eat there. Well we always have Sagar chinese at Hillside .

Three takeaways:

1. Nutrition! Nutrition! Nutrition!
2. Can't really isolate abs or any other body parts- develop core strength, get toned throughout and skipping is a greet tool. This is a FACT guys. Especially ladies who want to lose their double chin. You can't just ffin work on your frikkin chins all day. You lose fat throughout- from your toes, knees, head.. THROUGH-O-U-T.
3. Stick to a diet that you can do for your WHOLE LIFE <-- this is extremely important before starting IF, OMAD or keto... can you sacrifice and adapt your whole life?

^ forget about less than 10%. I would be extremely happy if I can be like that guy in 18-20%.

i agree. that 18 to 20% looks better. exposed six packs look hideous. I think what he was that body will get girls.. what he became - .. no girl wanna be with a guy who is more preoccupied with his look than her.

In my opinion, it is not good only to be jacked and bulky. For me, I would much rather have athlete mindset and develop all areas: reflex, handy-eye, motor coordination, agility and of course flexibility.

Belly or thighs or bum ?
There's excercises to tone each area. Avoid watching videos where some skinny girl teaches you.

Just started IF. But having difficulties to stay away from rice. Habaitta bangali to ami Skipping breakfast and having light dinner so far.
