Agreed, Nazmul should definitely get a game.

As for Zunaid, though it's not fashionable to say so, the reality is he is a better T20 batsman than Tamim...

Both Mash and Abul could be given a break.
Start with Nazmul and Zia could chip in.
We are not using more than 4-5 overs by a pacer anyway.

Bring in another batsman, preferably Zunaed.
If the coach wants more change, drop Tamim, bring in Jahurul.

#if BD beat Ireland
today, they go up to no 4 in T20 rankings
#If they win all 3 from now, they are no 3
#If BD lose to Ireland today, they go down to no 10! (isam vai's tweet)

Yes we will be number 1 if we win today. We will have a 27 point boost in terms of rating. This is happening mainly because we are yet to play too many T20Is. Only 9 of them including today's in the last 2 and a half years.
If we win: Matches- 9 Points- 665 Rating- 133 (+27)
...
In other words, if we lose too, there would be a huge difference in the rating points. Gradually as we go on to play more matches, the deviation in rating points will gradually decrease after every win/loss.
