Probably should try pushing him up the order over Gazi - if he plays that is. Not a terrible batsman at all.

No! He will most likely be out then and not maintain his Bradmanesque average

abul hasan should bat at no 10, thats where he got his 100, lol.
also batting at 10 gives him a chance to keep his average up with staying not out.

he might have a terrible time tommorrow as Isam reported that on this ground bowlers have gone at an average of 5 runs per over. However, if Raju turns out, then we might see him do well, with the exception of Abul. Lets hope our pacers can maintain good line-length if the wicket is what Isam say it will be, let the pacers show some guts.

With Nazmul out, Abul's gotta step it up big time! He is one of the Bd players whose performance should be closely monitored and scrutinized in my opinion. This kid simply has yet to prove himself as an ODI bowler. He is already behind the pecking order of Mashrafe, Rubel and Shafiul, and possibly Nazmul(even though there should be no question if it wasn't for the foolish selectors). And so he really needs to make a statement in these series, signalling that he is here to stay!

Based on his limited track record, most likely you will be a happy man then. So far his econ rate is exactly 6.

hmm, he bowled well in that odi againest windies, in the other match bowled just one over and gave away 9 runs
just like Sir ash Sir abul is way inconsistent..in that CTG vs Rajsahi(where raj defended 99) match he won the match..but still had a eco of 10+ after BPL

Today is as good a day as any to start proving the skeptics wrong.

i cant remember any pacer who has played atleast 10 games for Bangladesh to be as Bad as Abul..mind it I am talking about a country which has absolutely no pacers
To be worse among Bangladeshi fast bowlers is a feat itself

Horrible Bowling. Has great physics but definitely you can tell that he lacks the aggression, the hunger for wickets. That's the only difference between him & Rubel.

Take THAT, Haters!
2nd ODI: Dhaka Bank ODI Cup, Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka @ Hambantota | Mar 25, 2013
Bangladesh won the toss & elected to bat.
BAN 301/9 (50 ov): Abul Hassan 110* (35 balls, 10 sixes, 10 fours)
SL 54 (12 ov): Abul Hassan (BAN) 5-5-0-5 (Leg stump, off stump, middle stump shattered. LBW shatters Dilshan's toes. Huge edge got Sangakkara)
Bangladesh KICKS AYZ, thanks to ABUL HASSAN RAJU!
Man of the Match: Abul Hassan

He'd bowl between 155 to 165 KMPH with 3 deliveries at the 168s.
