Recently I followed this recipe off a youtube video and made Peshawari chicken Karahi first time. Must say, it tasted better than I expected.

Had smoked herring and bake for lunch today. This dish is Trini all the way. Perfectly spiced, the flakiness of the herring with the crunch of peppers and onions-- awesome....washed it down with a can of Sprite.

Sounds nice.

I am having salmon pan fried with cherry tomatoes and asparagus. And a creamy white sauce.

For some weird reason, I don't like asparagus.

How much would this salmon dish cost ?

Any of you guys are into coconut water?

That was a past-time of mine as a young boy.
Especially prefer the green, young coconuts.

There was a coconut grove, not far from my home. On summer vacations, fellow like minded, same age friends of mine used to go hunt down the coconuts. Hot days in the summer demands a natural thirst quencher like coconut water.

^ don't have a 4wd, but have done crazy stuff like that before.

Fishing in the backdams, into the jungle, and then to the savannahs. All with a mountain bike and lots of potable water and probably some hard stuff.

We would cook what we catch inside the jungle. Those times aren't coming back....was like 8/9 years ago was the last time I did that.
