IMO, playing 50 more 4-5 days matches will not make any difference, some sessions with psychologists might help of polish the upper chamber.

that'd help. a charismatic captain leading from the front can do that and more... ian chappell, clive chacha, imran khan, ranatunga, gangu dada, ponting and flemming come to mind. ash can do that once he starts to lead from the front and prove the pundits at wisden right over the next decade... the players listen to him.
but the quality of those matches matter a little too miraz bhai. i think if the natural combination of talent and temperament is there, they may need to play 50 more test matches to develop the ability to bounce back from small setbacks and learn from their mistakes, the way things stand now. developing a quality 4-day infrastructure can cut that down to 5 to 10 test matches. i'm talking about teams with age-based junior sides, supplied by their own army of trained talent-scouts. kinda like the MLB system in the US. we have the passion and the money, just need the will to do this right thing...
