So, the qualifying starting today at Dhaka.
Afg vs UAE @3pm local - Fatullah
HK vs Oman @7:30pm local - Fatullah

Oman is in our group by the way in coming T20 WC.
We are playing them March 13th.

Do you want Oman to qualify for Asia cup main event and prefer playing them before the T20 WC?!!

^^also look at the players from all four sides, they r of pakistani origins. I think ICC should make a ruling on these. I would prefer team like nepal than oman

England would never let it pass.
They don't even care of origin. They just directly poach players from SA, Zim, Ireland.

What's the point, if they aren't strong enough to qualify, why we need to worry about them anyway? Let the strongest of them come and if we beat them we are beating the others anyway on paper.

More over its always the weaker team that benefits from playing matches before the actual fight. Our players are supposed to be able to play an unknown opponent than Oman, bcoz our players have better skill and temperament. Why give that away unless we have to. Let's play the best of the associates!!

UAE killing it, Fatullah pitch is so flat..we need this kind of pitch in Asia cup to prepare for the WC. We might lose every game in Asia cup if we play in flat pitch but in the long run it'll help in the WC

I'm happy that Afg lost. I went to an Afghan restaurant last week and the food wasn't that great. I hope they don't qualify...

anyone concerned how Oman batted today? They surely do have skills to hit big. If our batsmen don't click against Oman, I wont be surprised if we lose to Oman.

^^ Honk kong bowling is pretty crap.

Having said that, our team of tigers will always find a way to collapse against any associate team on a given day.
