Heres the technique: Click on search and then go to advanced. put anyone's nick on username search option. Then, choose show result as post with ascending order. And whala!

Hmm.. sounds like a theory but it is kinda difficult not to expect good things for your country. But I honestly think BD will lose badly in their next match against England.

I wasn't even aware of yesterday's match so I had no expectation either. It was embarassing to think about our performance from one after another massive defeats we got against England. But at the end of the day, I will always have high hopes for Bangladesh.

Besides, cricket is more sophisticated and competitive than the early days and considering our several big wins in last 5-7 years, I think we might get used to the glory. What we need is maintain and improve our performance through experience of losses and wins. We are still a young team. Experience can only be achieved from consistency and it can be a lengthy process. I believe Bangladesh has the ability to do it if we have patience.

I dont think it is proving his worth much being hte tenth in asia never mind the rest of the cricketing world. There are teams with the calibre of Aussies, New Zealnd, South Afric etc. Mortaza is much better than tenth in Asia if your not counting previous records.

Reading it after his poor performances now make this post look stupid!

we must always support bangladesh, but it is dissappointing when the hopes are high our cricketer let us down. You wish they will learn from there mistakes made in the past but they do it again and again. I hope this would be the last time . Cricket is not only technical game it is also a mind game the day our brothers start to play using there brain they will prosper inshallah.

Six is an important number in cricket, so I think our players should remember the following six statements to succeed in the World Cup 2007.


(1) R-E-S-P-O-N-S-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y and S-E-N-S-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y

Explanation: These two words must be remembered by our batsmen, especially by openers, Ash, Aftab, and Captain Hablu. They must play responsibly and sensibly.

(2) Oldies should deliver Goldies.

Explanation: We have a lot of respect for the seniors like Hablu, Mashud, and Rafique. However, if they want to respect us, they should deliver and only then their experience will be meaningful.

(3) Bowling and Fielding Should be overwhelmingly disciplined

Explanation: WC matches cannot be taken as granted. A single misfielding may take a match from us.

(4) Cricket should be the only business.

Explanation: Cricket and winning matches should be the only thought of the players, coach, physio, and officials.

(5) Players should be POSITIVE

Explanation: Positive means neither to start with a snails pace to keep wickets nor to start firing like Afridi from the beginning. In cricket positive means to play your natural game by keeping your head cool. Our team should look at Australia to understand the meaning of being positive.

(6) FAILURE is not an OPTION

Explanation: WC matches are like ‘Do or Die’, so……………..


If our players fail to remember these things, our chance to retain a place in super eight is unlikely, and then all our past improvements will certainly be overlooked by the cricket world.
