We must not forget to congrat Nazmus Sadat who scored half-centuries in both innings (62 and 52). As much as we look forward to consistency, this player is the one we should be watching out!

Well Done BD-A. Looking at the score there were only two nb in the entire match. That is a definite improvement. Enam Jr. is shaping up nicely. Mehrab Jr. and NSadat are showing there mettle.

What is the role of Alok in the team? In first innings he bowled 1 over. in the second innings he bowled 6 overs. So he may be included as a batsman playing at #6? Or there is no clear communication between the BD management and captains.

Thats a million dollar question: What is the role of Alok in any team?

I think its same as the role of Ramesh Powar as I mentioned before a month ago:

"He is an allrounder who can bowl a little bit when his team is batting and bat a little bit when his team is fielding."

Yah! What about the 16 wides? Of these EHJ gave nine of them. How could a slow blower in a longer version of the game give away 9 wides unless he has a vision deficiency?

See ... now you found a perfect role for Alok. He should be the 12th man....so that he bring the drinks, equipments (bat, helment, etc), message from the coach quicker in the field. Moreover he is a good fielder, so he can field once is while. I like that.

Do you see the turn this guy gets? It's not like Rafique where the ball turns 6 inches on a turning pitch. When he bowls the ball has a lot of bite remember the dream ball to Clarke?

BTW: How can you Dog a guy when he takes 9/112?

hehe.. nice try bro. but see, by saying quick runner i didn't actually meant that he can run like a cheeta. I meant, the time he goes to bat, he can find out the gap, and then take quick singles by shoving the ball towards the gap.. lol..

Wide in ODs are not necessarily too much away from the batsman. EHJ is a leggie and when batsman misses a ball and if the ball is missing the leg stump by even half of an inch or less, it is a 'wide'. That's why leggies usually concede more wides than offies.
