We need 2 pacer 3 spinner approach for home conditions and vice versa for away conditions. Lets focus on home conditions first, we need to draw/win most of our home games before even thinking about doing well away.

I don't know who that number 5 batsman is going to be.

Shakib Al Hasan's absence really does screw up the team combination. I don't care if he is the best player we have ever produced, but if he cannot commit to Bangladesh National Team then we need to drop him altogether and move on. We can't just give him free vacations whenever he wants.
