I am hoping with this green pitch Abul will get some wickets. On one hand I know if we win we should field first. On the other hand I am hopinng that we lose the toss so that we can throw Abul in the fire and see if he survive. it will either enhance people's perception about Abul's or it will surprise them all.

After poor performance from Bijoy in 1st test appearance, ppl will keep a close look over dashing Tamim this time. I'm sure some here in even BC are ready to jump out questioning his fitness (which is his regular issue btw) in every single sign of fatigue or tiredness.

We have to be polite visitors. We might even gift them an innings defeat. After all the Sinhalese are the 13th tribe of Bangalis.

It'd be better if Tamim isn't fit. Or else it will be a weird situation.

Tamim must be so restless after the first Test. I would be if I were him. He is probably going to be nervous and under pressure to do a double century and get a golden duck!

I have only heard the word "dashing" once before - in front of 'Sohel Rana'. Dashing hero!

If we believe in ourseleves to get 10 wkts then i would say bowling first is the way to go. On a green top we should send them in with the aim of getting them out within 350-400. Day 1 should assist fast bowling and we dnt want to be 3-4 wkts down by lunch by choosing to bat first.

But our batting is clicking for the time being. So why not go with what's working for us. I would rather us bat first put 400+ on and give the bowlers something to work with. Rather than bowl first, SL piles up 400+ again and we play catch up.

Yeah that works too. I am just worried about the morning session. Tamim is coming off from an injury and Jahirul is untested followed by unpredictable Ash. Can we handle the conditions?

SL pacers should not be feared...they're even worse than Indian pacers and only slightly better than ours!
