Because our senior players are zombies in the field. Their presence literally sucks the life out of the remaining players.

He kept on going with two left arm spinners when stokes was new at the crease.

He easily could've brought in Miraz there for a quick short spell. But sadly he allowed stokes to settle in and we all know what stokes can do when he gets settled in the middle.

Yes, perhaps Stokes would've negotiated Miraz even at the beginning of his innings. But it was still worth a try. Our captain genius could've at least tried it.

Despite all his errors, His captaincy is miles better than what it was in 2014. I think that's what Asaad was pointing out. Mash is the best at rotating bowlers...Mushfiq is not really the best when it come to that.

Mushy is still the worst captain to have ever played the sports professionally. His bowling change and field placement are even worse than school cricketers. If he is so bad now, wonder what level he was at in 2014?

The man does not know basics of Test cricket field placement. He brings in a pacer first time and there is no slip. He spreads fielders for new batsmen as if it is T20 or ODI. He also does not know much about attacking hard or go for the kill when the opposition is in the back foot, giving the advantage back all the time.

But what does the coaches do? I would blame the coaching staff more for poor field placement, poor game plan, poor team selection, poor bowling rotation. Mushy should be implementing coaches gameplan, he is not the team coach who needs to plan out everything. Thats why the coaches are there. Unfortunately we have some lazy and not so smart coaching staff and selectors.

Skysports studio hosts show during inning break were laughing at Musfiqur Rahim's "tactics" and his captaincy. They were baffled by how he let the game slip. And then they felt kind of sorry. Since we are just haters and bunch of no bodies of some internet forum, I'll let the professionals handle it.
