Time Ticker for IPL matches
Is it too much to ask for a ticker that will keep us updated with all the matches where BD players play? thnx, would highly appreciate it.

I thirdo.
We dont even know when/if Ash/Mash playing. So why bother tickering for time? At best, we can have a sticky thread on IPL sub forum, posting the match schedule. that way, we'd know when KKR/MI playing.

I can't get this html to render in IPL forum, any idea why? I used the preview feature - it only puts out the code.
Don't know why I wasted my time, but I would like to have this masterpiece in IPL forum.

A Scathing Critique of Sreeman Orpheus's Ticker
In this day and age of Information Theory and Cybernetics, I, and I hope I speak for all of bcites, find Orphy's ticker a slapstick version of comedy that is worse than my one liners. It is an insult to intelligence that his ticker does not address the "count down" syndrome like the beautiful arabesque masterpiece of the Banglacricket website which takes the anticipated audience into a roller coaster ride by keeping us on our toes with remaining time limit reminiscent of New Year's dropping of the ball or the launch of Apollo-11. It defeats the whole purpose of a ticker if it is not counting down to the looming games. I have been conned into going head over heels over his ticker in my previous post and I deserve a temporary ban of 1 minute to induce the much coveted minute silence free of my annoyance.

Since the forum do not allow javascript, I tried using it with an embedded flash. It may be slow and have difficulty getting the data.. but hey I wanted to figure out a way...so I did
... atleast works in a real time HTML editor. Don't know if it will work here.
yeah their stupid server isn't letting it come through.. oh well... this is prime example of how to waste your time..
