Lightbulb A Representation of Highest Individual Scores for BD Batsmen Over Time

After Mushfiqur eclipsed Shakib's score of 217 just a few hours ago, it was interesting to look up the number of instances where a BD batsman had outdo the previous best.

Along the way, a few batsmen came close to achieve this:
* Mominul score of 181 in 2013 when the record was 200 by Mushfiqur
* Tamim's 151 against India when the record was 158* by Ashraful
* Mushfiqur's 159 in 2017, when the record was 206 by Tamim, In that same match, Shakib actually went on to be the new holder of the highest score-217
*Mominul had two other close calls with 217. 176 at the start of the year, and 161 in this match

I wonder if anyone will one-day achieve that 300 mark?

Good thread. Mominul had a great chance when he was 176 overnight. I think he will be the next player to break the record.

Mushy could've that day. He started playing DeVilliersque ura dhura shot and Riyad unplugged him. In some ways he was right. "Homes if you gonna go to 300, might as well play some solid shots."
