Liton
Tamim
Shanto
Mushy
Shakib
Sabbir
Soumya

That's a top 7 I'd like to see tested in ODIs. Want to see how soumya does down the order with sabbir, liton deserves another chance but I'd like to see him opening and shanto might be the one we should groom for number 3. Still would have 3 experienced bats with tamim, mushy and shakib so not a bad balance imo. These guys need experience before WC, need to know whether they should be selected for World Cup or not and only way to know is to give them a decent amount of matches and see how they go. Riyad ready to come in at anytime and ultimately the youngsters would have to 'dethrone' him as such to get a WC spot.

Like it or not Liton is coming... and he is coming ahead of Anamul. Next is Shanto.

Yeah his surname give him that privilege.

(Don't take it negatively, I ment he's the sole 'servant' of BD cricket )

"Afghanistan A replace Australia A in tri-series"

Literally everyone is getting A tours. Meanwhile, our venerable BCB gives us HP tour.

BCB bolod 1: Bhai, A-team tour planning korben ni?"
BCB bolod 2: "Dhur miah, A-team ki dorkar, amgo to HP ase, HP!"

^Afghanistan A team? It should have been Afghan national team against India A and SA A teams. Wish we could send our A team in that series. It has been proven to be a good tri-series for last few years. Can't we make a deal with couple of other boards to have an annual tri-series for A teams? How good it would have been for our players development.

Afghanistan are fully fledged members now, nothing wrong with them sending their A team in fact they need to do this sort of thing, their A team needs to be able to compete with other A teams.

Of course nothing wrong for them. Huge chance for them. But their A team is no match for India and SA's at the moment. Common sense and known fact. They just got test status. And who are they replacing? Australia. All I am saying is that had BD A managed to play in that series it would been beneficial for BD and the series would be more competitive. Nothing against the Afghans.

Would be beneficial for any A team, I'm very happy South African cricket is supporting Afghanistan cricket, helping them get off to a good start which is how new teams should be welcomed, ultimately it's in everybody's best interests for all teams to be strong.

Meanwhile the HP coach not 100% pleased with batsmen, happy with bowlers.
