Was it because he is gone or you could not believe the way he just gave away his wicket like that ?

By the way, it's 468 for victory with 180 overs in hand, that's less than 2.6 or 2.7 per over.

Anyone willing to bet on the outcome ?

No worry, Sumn will make sure that we don't lose by 400 runs with his quickfire 30.

Default The quickfire 20

9.4 Johnson to Habibul Bashar, two runs, RUNOUT! short delivery outside
the off stump, pulled away to the deep mid wicket region, Bashar
takes off for the third run, Orma does not respond, Saggers fires
in a nice flat throw, Bashar is out of his crease and Read takes
of the bails

Devastating. Luck prolly had to do something with it but I don't want to hear about luck when we are completely off. We need to do better in the ODIS.

Default RUN OUT?

Someone tell me that didn't just happen? Are we complete morons? Isn't it hard enough as it is without being run out? This is ridiculous.

Default yes Sham bro this is not acceptable ...

I can't believe number one batsman who we all look upon can do that...should i just stop watching bd cricket...how long we will do this how long ....this is total irresponsiblity and just to play for yourself...Bashar's attitude of playing has no explanation...do you just play to be number one of nation but not saving the nations..like our great politicians(sorry if i hurt anybody)

Default beautiful!

16.1 Saggers to Javed Omar, OUT: gone! short delivery, pitched outside
the off stump and angling in sharply, no real width for the cut
shot but Omar cuts at it, ball hits the glove and pops up to Read
behind the stumps, Saggers strikes

Default 70 for 5, 22 overs

this has turned into a joke. No motivation, no shot selection and they can only blame themselves for this one.

24.4 Saggers to Alok Kapali, FOUR, pitched up outside the off stump,
driven down the track to the long off fence, once again the timing
is perfect
24.3 Saggers to Alok Kapali, SIX, MAX! short and wide outside the off
stump, pulled away over the square leg fence, perfect timing and
it was a big six

Kapali at this moment is pumped for the ODIs. Wish he could translate that form into the longer verson of the game with some results.

Default ODIs indeed

All the wickets suggest that he BD players are tired of playing test cricket. There is a sense of urgency in their behavior. I wish I could figure out what provoked it.

25.3 Johnson to Alok Kapali, OUT: what a catch! short delivery outside
the off stump, Kapali goes for the pull and gets a top edge, ball
goes high up towards the fine leg region, Saggers dives backwards
and catches it with one hand, six down four more to go!

Bangladesh 91/6, Partnership of 21
Alok Kapali c Saggers b Johnson 19 (18b 1x4 1x6)
Khaled Mashud 9* (12b 1x4) RL Johnson 6.3-0-24-2

To make matters worse dont forget that we are a batsman short! Masri is injured.

Can ODIs bring redemption? One can only hope.

Default Not that it matters anymore

tv replays clearly shows the ball coming off the arm, Mashud was
unlucky being given out, Aleem Dar gets it wrong

End of over 30 (2 runs) Bangladesh 108/7 (360 more runs req)
RL Johnson 9-0-32-3 (2nb) - Ispahani End
Khaled Mahmud 9* (14b 1x4)

29.6 Johnson to Khaled Mashud, OUT: short delivery, pitched very close
to the off stump and angling in, Mashud leans back and tries to
leave it, ball hits him on the arm and goes behind to the keeper,
huge appeal for caught behind and the umpire raises his finger!

Bangladesh 108/7, Partnership of 17
Khaled Mashud c Read b Johnson 15 (27b 1x4 0x6)
