Suggestion for Possible two (2) weeks vacation
Hi! If anyone could give me some good suggestions for vacation for a week or two, I would really appreciate it. I am kinda confused about where to go. However, I would like to relax and freshen up my mind after going through some Serious relationship problems. So please feel free to write anything.

Depending on where you are right now, Either Langkawi or bali, or bermuda or cuba would be a nice place to relax i guess.

If you are staying abroad, go to Bangladesh and the go to some unknown village. Pass a week in the midst of plain and simple people and equally beautiful nature. You will get refreshed and will come back with lots of new thoughts and experiences.

I agree with you...but I only have 9 days on my hand for a vacation...if i had a month i would have gone to bd and go to my dadur bari and sit in the bagan...and all bad memories would have erased from my memory just stting in the bagan by the pukur..it's beautiful...but i cn't do that now...
so any other suggestions please feel free to post....somewhere in usa or may be in canada or london.....

Well I don't think there is any place where you can go by yourself and enjoy it unless you know ppl that are there (i.e. Bangladesh). I mean if you wanna be calm, go to a beach or something. And you are right Bangladesh is not possible right now.
If it was few weeks ago, I would have told you to attend Caribana in Canada. But for now just chill with your friends or just visit Banglacricket more often.
yeah I know we bangladeshis suck giving vacation ideas cuz we never take any.

If you don't mind paying for a cruise, then you probably won't mind doing this either. Go for a road trip. You will be on your own and you will get to see lots of places you have never been. Go up to New England. Go to Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Conneticut. You will love the view this time of the year. The further up north you go, the cooler it will get, so driving will be a pleasure, and you can enjoy a lot of the colonial architecture, the old towns, the football stadiums, the college towns, the sea. Stay in bed and breakfasts and the mom and pop hotels. No better way to get over this relationship problem than some nice quiet time on your own.

I think going to a completely new environment and passing time doing nothing but sight seeing, walking, eating when hungry would be helpful for you. If you have 1 week of time in hand you may take a package tour to Italy, Spain, Greece or Turkey. Package tour will be helpful because nothing you have to do on your own, just move according to the package schedule. And those places has huge architecture, history, view, people, food etc. which will definitely help you to feel like you are in a different world.

Looks like one lonely heart is looking to lure, oops!, console another lonely heart ...
Go for it Fazal!
PS - I am assuming moon is not the same gender as fazal ... otherwise, I don't approve

Okay, now I am sure that it doesn't matter to Fazal if Moon is of the opposite gender or not.
ATMR is right, it doesn't matter if I approve or not. Question is if Fazal approves or not. In general, I don't like these deviations from natural order of things, but my blessings and good wishes will be with them.
Btw, Fazal, please keep us updated on your "yard cleaning" adventure
.

Hey, what about the West Indies islands, like Barbados, St Lucia or Antigua? I've seen in a news some time back that there are 365 beaches in Antigua. Simply amazing!!!!!!!!
