Default Tigers look for final win

Fifth one-day international, Karachi: Pakistan v Bangladesh

Bangladesh hope the final one-day international against Pakistan will help them remove a mental block against winning more regularly.

The Tigers came close to downing their hosts in Thursday's fourth match.

But an unbeaten 94 from Yousuf Youhana saw Pakistan gaining a five-wicket win with a ball to spare.

"We just missed out in the last match. I think we have improved with every match on this tour," Bangladesh skipper Khaled Mahmud said.

"Right now it is all a mental thing with the boys once we win a match, we can move forward from there and remove this mental block.

"Twice in this series we have been close to winning and this has not happened but we can just keep on trying and sooner or later our luck will change."

The match is being held in Karachi, the city where a bomb blast on Friday caused South Africa to pull out of their forthcoming tour with safety concerns.
