Default Mission accomplished, now what?

The wait is finally over. We just didn't move into the Super Eight stage, we actually muscled our way up there. Feels soooo good

With the pressure off the chest now, should the tigers enjoy the upcoming matches and let the intrepid approach look for prey?

Or, should they continue to take the aggression to newer heights with every passing opportunity?

Let's play iWhatmore for a thread

yes it is mission accomplished since our goal was super 8...but now i think the goals should be reassessed...

tigers should continue being serious and take advantage of the opportunity they got and not waste it. play each game to your fullest, and know that winning is possible.

What kind of a question is it Chinaman bhai? It's like, you cook biryani and then ask, should I sit in front of the biryani and get hungrier, or should I have the biryani like I haven't had food in years.

Now it's time to scrutinise our mistake and rectify them. Some players, especially Nafees and Aftab need sorting out if we want to pose any threat to the stronger opponents.

Have all the biryani and look for the bed or put it up like the sled, choice is yours. Nice read though

Now it is time to reflect on what went wrong with the team, what went right with the team. Review the overall performance of the team and players, identify issues and quickly work on to avoid them and fix them before the next matches. Increase the bar on goals and achievement both as individual and as a team.

summarises my opinion. Also, a time to boost our psychological stamina with a few days of much needed rest, i.e mental rest.

....put more fire, more aggression, more positive approach into Tigers' blood. Win or lose, thats all I want from them in super 8's.

Good to know that Oracle vai you also think the same, now I only wish that the players think the same and also act on them. Everytime they are out there on the field, especially our top order batsmen, seems to not follow the obvious and basic plan for their success.

Well, here's what I meant (assuming he picked that up from another thread where I posted it):
By going to the 2nd round, Bangladesh has won the World Cup for me. Now the only thing I would expect my team to do is perform at its best. If a win comes from such performance, it's our win. If not, there's nothing to be heartbroken about. There's only thing thing they have to make sure. And that is, not let the opponents take the young blood so easily.

Mission Impossible!!!

Let's take the fight to the big guns and send them more message. But first of all Bashar has to strip off the looser attitude. As the team management. They need to understand that even impossible says possible.

Bangladesh needs to perform like they belong here. There is no point of making it to the super eight if we can't perform there and get our behind kicked. We will play hard and make some upsets. We should be the one team no team wants to play with because you never know what will happen.

the limit is the sky. our players should take one game at a time from here. hopefully, if we can pull off a win or two early in the super eight, it will really up the confidence of the players and enable them to get a couple of more wins, and who knows what can happen. bangladesh have all to play for, and not much to lose.
