This WC shows we've finally turned that corner. No more mega brain farts and collapses and confidence and decision-making issues. We're not just a not-a-minnow-anymore anymore. We're actually performing like a top team.

We'll probably finish 5th (too bad about setting 300 target vs NZ instead of 270 and SL washout), but I'm proud and glad to see team took another step forward.

Only criticisms, which aren't many, have to do with selection... Why swap Liton's and Soumya's positions and bench Mosaddek for the mental imp last game? I understand Rubel played because Saif had a back issue.

Saw post match interview and as usual Afghanistan very arrogant. They think they gave 35 runs too much due to poor fielding which is why they lost.

I also read that the Captain before the game said something like if they are going down they will take us down with them.

Shohaib Akhtar said it nicely that this team needs to change this kind of attiude.

Shakib was outstanding. Afghanistan team should keep their feet on the ground. Their teams training is being taken care in India. Their sponsors are a famous Indian company Amul Ltd. I don't want them to be deferential but don't speak like you are entitled to this, that...Learn from teams like Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and try to play better cricket than speak from the mouth..

There is a qualitative difference - our players never undermine IND/PAK superiority on- or off-field. We kept showing immense respect mostly even fans who know one or two about international cricket.

I never remember our players being arrogant or cocky towards the opposition how Afghanistanis players have done.

Also Indian and Paks say that about the fans and not our players attitude mostly
