But now I see flaw in that. You can find a buddy GM and pick between each other a whole bunch of times. hmmm. Ok got one.

You can pick any player, every 6 hrs. And names have to be from the list.

This is just to give an advantage to the ACTIVE members. You guys have been good and you deserve it. No PMs. You get here, you pick

Wait I don't get your question. 6 hrs is just a buffer zone so people aren't abusing the free pick. So basically you can get up to 4 picks a day.

You pick. And then you wait some other people to pick a player. Who ever is here will get a pick. Come back 6 hrs later, and pick again.

oh I see what happened there. We were talking about at the end of the OFFICIAL rounds i.e 12 rounds. Get up to 8 players. Trade/keep and cut the final roster down to 17.

We are waiting for him because he is usually here. It's his time slot. We won't be waiting for lets say... Moc, who would be sleeping right now. It's all based on the time slot.
