I dont care if we win against a weaker SL side, let the Indians complain. What i do not want (and do not expect seeing as well) is us winning through dubious decisions in our favor the likes of which saw Shakib's out vs India

Hey guy, I keep hearing and reading everywhere that Lankans are playing without most of their star players? What is going on here?

I have already mentioned it once, I'm going to mention this again.

Quote:
India = BCCI = ICC = UMPIRE
That implies that we will be facing tough time today. Indians would do anything to keep themselves in the tournament.

I totally Agree with you Bro!

Their bowling unit is just in plain english: RUBBISH!(In my not so humble opinion, the only bowler who is worthy of international calibre that made it to the current XI is Ravichandran Ashwin.. they missed out Big time by resting Zaheer Khan). they rested key players because Asia cup to them is "just another tour"...

Let SL win the Toss
Let them play their best 11
Let the umpires play for India

Who cares!
I want to win against every odds

India not being in the final will be unacceptable to the commercial sponsors of the tournament.

Therefore I fear forces beyond the cricket field will be at play in today's match.

Indeed, the BEST type of victory! A slap in the face type victory , kinda like the last one. I loved how no indian players were picked for BPL AND after BPL we beat them, what a way to send a message and in style too!

also loved the message by the fans to raise awareness amonngst general public to stop the border killings, That's how you sent a message!

Unfortunately, they do. They still write when we won the series against the "second string" WI squad. Never just WI.

If you have faith in our players, no "third party" can ruin our success or prevent from being success. Just believe in your team, you will win inshAllah.

Sometimes it's important to note "who" writes the articles. The cricinfo articles on Bangladesh mostly gives me the feel of "thappor kheye bokhshish paoa"

Personally I really miss Andrew Miller on Cricinfo.

andrew miller was true bangla fan, cricinfo used to make fun of him

cricinfo never says, when india plays with b string aussie team in india and lost the series few years back, 15 players were injured then

somehow they cant tolerate bangladesh, even sometimes they try to support ireland and afghan

Same here. He is/was a member of BC and I've also exchange a few emails with him. A true gentleman.

Amused by Cricinfo's priorities today. Sachin ra ra, and Bangla glory relegated to fifth on the homepage. Wouldn't have happened in my day!

^^I never ever recalled an instan in sports where the vast majority of fans from the opposition national team wanted the opponents to win. today might be a unique day!

Now we know what's going on! A huge loss for us as we have no true fan in CI now!
