I will list some of the movies that I watch over and over and over, and will never get bored...If that is called top 10 favorite movies, so be it! But I really do not think I can make a true top 10 of my favs!

Saw '12 Angry Men'. What a fantastic cinematic delight. Goes to show a great film can do without theatratic stunts like jumping off the bridges, skyscrapers, blowing of things or actors taking their clothes off. All you need is strong plots. I really appreciated all the subtlties and nuances the movie brings forth. Kudos to those who listed this gem.

These posts suggest otherwise but Indian movies are by far the most popular in Bangladesh and more popular than either Hollywood or Bangla movies, Surprised to see not many people listed Bollywood movies here lol. My favorite movie of all time is Silence of the Lambs

A brilliant and humorous introduction to the Thousand and One Nights (Alf laylah wa laylah) by BBC. I was really pleasantly surprised by this adaptation which doesn't betray the spirit of the original.
