He doesnt consider himself as sissy. He likes to take on the sponsors and the domestic team management. His only weakness is against opponent teams' players. Otherwise he shows that he has grown pairs bigger than football!

Papon is there only for few years. Feza and Raz will go soon can't hurt much to our cricket. The coach is gone now. Faruq and Co. not the worst.

I want the Board members of BCB sacked, who are there for ages with NO INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT and getting their pockets bigger. These are the real enemy of our cricket. Govt changes but these people remain just like amlas. They are not "chor" but "dacoit". These are the ones who are blocking decentralization and enpowering others because they will lose control of the finances and can't steal AS MUCH. Every time we see them in TV (for years) they talk about improvement of BD cricket structure and decentralization. Big mouths but nothing to show for. The *(&^%^(^&% structure is still Dhaka based. The money is still in Dhaka. Adding new corruption schemes of BPL. These are your REAL ENEMY. They give hog wash of "new stadiums" (just the chuncum) as improvement.

Dumb bangalis going for the wrong guys every single time.

Siddons once said, "everyone knows what to do. No body does it". Out of the 15+ Must do list of Observer, only one was done. He was with us how many years?

Feza, Raz, coaches, or selectors are not your real enemy.

To compete with the big boys CONSISTENTLY you need players with 40-50+ averages. Out of the blue you don't get them players. There has to be autonomy to the divisional baords. Mukh tho tita hoiye gasey ek'i kotha koitey koitey. They must have their own U-19, A team, division team, OWN tournament(S) - school based, own fields, own officials, own pitches, own umpires, own ground staffs. Only then you would see QUALITY players coming out from all corners of the country. Competition can only bring out the players who may average more than the 30s (currently we have) and continue to produce them in a regular basis.

Otherwise, the jodi laigga jai one day in blue moon we will win against the bigger teams and would lose to them most of the time. We will also lose to non-test playing nations as well in regular interval. Shakib is an exception. Mental strength like his we see one in every few years. May be Anamul. So every 7/8 years we produce ONE and we are satisfied???? Ei rokom bhuri bhuri player Ronji trophy'tey asey!!!

Many are on the board for years. It is their incompetency that they can't do any good for our cricket that has a long term affect. Loads of money coming every year from ICC. Nothing to show for. Zero empowerment. Mistrust yet they are misusing Boards money. Vision may be there. Implementation is zero. Equates to zero.

Khali ei committee, oi committee, ei meeting, oi meeting... kamer belai nai kisu.

Have to give credit to the selectors for taking chances with Jubair and Taijul and also for bringing back Kayes for the 3rd test.

can't blame selection committee. They have been the best for while. Problem lies with papon and co.
