Default March Madness 2012

How come no thread on this yet? Alright I'll get the ball rolling.

Just about all the teams are done with playing their regular season games. So who do thinks gonna take it all the home this year? Definitely not my team. UCONN will be lucky to make the NCAA tournament. As usual Syracuse, Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina will come to the tournament as some of the heavy favorites. Just 1 week away from Selection Sunday. Make your Picks? I'm no expert but my money's on Syracuse for this year.

Here is the list of top 25 as of today

So long as Duke don't win, I don't care who wins.

I am with F6_Turbo. No puke should win ever again.

Kentucky is awefully good. That Davis kid is just tremendous. Too strong inside and outside.

Anthony Davis, don't think he'll be coming back next year.

I couldn't either, until I started going to the games at my school. On top of that going on that magical run last year, now I'm completely hooked.

Kentucky, N. Carolina, Syracuse none of them could win the tournament in their respective league. Just goes to show you how tough the competition will be. I just filled out my bracket. I'm emotional so I went for UCONN to win it all, but I doubt that will happen. I hope an underrated team makes it all the way to the national 4 like VCU last year. I love rooting for underdogs.

Anything can happen in the tournament and this year, it'll be even more unpredictable. There are no real dominant teams in the tournament this year. A lot of average and above average teams. So I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot of upsets.

Hoping this year my Orange take the title. Its gonna be tricky though. Kansas St, I thought was under seeded. So that will be a tough game. Then Vandy has a real good team this year. Harvard is a dark horse and shouldn't be taken lightly. They beat Florida St earlier this year. So by no means will it be easy for Syracuse.

^ Melo ineligible for the tournament. Huge loss for the Orange.

^Very disappointing to see. Not only that but he's leaving for the NBA. What was frustrating was that he didn't even try in school. So nothing we can do but to move forward from here. Wish Melo the best of luck in the NBA and thank him for the memories.

Rakeem Christmas is most likely to start at center now. A big test for the freshman. He came in as an All-American. It's time he steps up to the plate and does the best job he can at filling in for Melo. The others also have to show heart and move on from this.

I got all the other games right except the UNLV Colorado game.

We got smoked with those 3's in the first half. They decreased the deficit down to 6 points, but couldn't do more. With no 2013 Tournament chance, it's looking really dark for my team.

The problem lies with the tournament committee. They are biased to Mike and Duke. They didn't deserve a 2 seed to begin with. Their fans are incredibly delusional. I am not sure if had watched yesterday's Kentucky - Indiana matchup. Two storied program KU with 7 and IU with 5 National Championships. KU plays only 7 players. 4 of them NBA starters soon. I saw the first half and KU can win in so many ways. The Jones kid was a monster. Too good.

I'm glad Michigan State is out. I didn't want them making the final. Still 2 of the number 1 seed are standing, kentucky and north carolina. I hope they both lose. But I don't want Baylor or LVille to win either. Man all the team that I don't like keep winning.

KU vs UK. With UK winning in style sending 5 in the next NBA draft.
