If you think the first guy is close to exp pop then keep him because expert/expert players are going for very small amount of money, especially ones with no experience. While right now you will probably get more for the second guy and in 3 seasons, atleast in skills, the first guys would be better than the second guy. Exp could be a level lower but still.
